Regular and student fee includes: Attendance to all scientific sessions, open satellite meetings, ITER Industrial InfoDay meeting, poster and exhibition areas, congress documents, welcome drink on Sunday, reception on Monday, coffee breaks, social events (musical event on Tuesday and dinner on Thursday) and one tour (technical or cultural) on Wednesday afternoon. Please note that social events and tours have limited seats.
Accompanying persons’ fee includes: Half-day walking city tour on Monday, reception on Monday evening, concert on Tuesday (Note: limited seats) and dinner on Thursday.
Cancellations:
A charge of € 120 for administrative costs will be retained if registration is cancelled before 1st August 2014. From 1st August on, no reimbursement will be made.
Satellite meetings and ITER Industrial InfoDay meeting
Satellite Meetings and Infoday Registration
Registration to the conference includes access to satellite meetings and ITER Industrial InfoDay meeting. However, if you are not registered to the entire congress and you want to participate in these particular meetings you can register, only for the day of the meeting you wish to attend, by means of the special registration form you will find in this section. This type of registration includes one-day access to the exhibition and poster areas and morning and afternoon coffee-breaks which will be served in the exhibition area.
Please note that registration to the entire congress or 1 day is compulsory to attend the satellite meetings. Private meetings can only be attended by invitation of the corresponding organiser. List of satellite meetings:
