In this sense Barceló Congress, as the Technical Secretariat of the Congress, offers you the possibility to book your accommodation in these hotels and benefit from the exclusive negotiated rates during the dates of Congress.

Accommodation Cancellation
- Cancellations received before 28th April will be fully refunded.

For cancellations received between 29th April and 27th May, the deposit correspondent to one night's stay will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.

For cancellations and reductions received from 28th May or no-shows,
the entire booking period will be charged.
Refunds will be processed after the conference.
