Abstracts Submission
- The abstract submission tool is now closed; details about the status of abstracts will be distributed no later than April 10th 2015.
- All abstracts accepted and published must have a registered presenting author. Each presenting author can present an unlimited number of abstracts.
- Authors will be notified by email no later than April 10th 2015, whether their abstract has been accepted or not.
- Invited/selected papers will be published by Elsevier as a special issue of the Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials
- Selected contributed papers will be published by Elsevier as a separate issue in Physics Procedia

Oral Presentations
All meeting rooms will be equipped for PowerPoint projection only.
Speakers and presenting authors are kindly requested to deliver their presentations to the technicians located in the speakers preview room preferably the day before their presentation or at least one hour before the scheduled session.
The technicians will migrate the presentation to the corresponding session’s room.
For Oral presentation, the time allotted is 15 minutes (12 minutes speech plus 3 minutes for discussion).
Poster Presentations
Posters will be displayed in the Exhibition Hall. Posters should be posted by 08.30 and dismantled after 19.30 on the allotted date. The secretariat will not be held liable for any lost or damaged posters. All poster presenter are encouraged to be at their poster panels for discussion with the participants during the time. All posters will be eligible for nomination for the best poster awards in each day.
Posters will be presented in paper. Their maximum size shall be 120 cm (high) x 90 cm (wide).
The material to fix the posters to the panels will be available in the poster area.
Poster boards can be identified by a reference number which corresponds to the final number indicated to you in the session acceptance letter.
