Manuscripts Submission


Guidelines and instructions for submission of manuscripts

  • Submission deadline: extended until June 20
  • The normal length limit of manuscripts is 8 pages
  • The manuscript will be only published if the author has attended the ICM2015
  • The proceedings of ICM 2015 should appear in December 2015

 


Submission Instructions for JMMM papers
Manuscripts associated with oral presentations (Plenary, semi plenary, invited speakers and oral speakers)

The step to submit papers via EES is as below, and you could also refer to the
“Guide for authors”

1) Please click the link below http://ees.elsevier.com/magma/default.asp
2) Create an account for yourself
3) Click “submit paper”
4) Select “SI: Proceedings ICM 2015”, when you are in “Choose Article Type” step
5) Submit your paper
6) When you open the “ new submission: Enter Comments” section,  do not forget :
- to enter the reference number of your accepted abstract.
- to indicate  the Topic and  Sub-topic of your accepted abstract.
- to indicate  whether your presentation will be an oral presentation, an invited one, a semi-plenary or plenary talk.
7) )  To avoid that the Proceedings become exceedingly big,  the normal length limit of manuscripts is 8 pages. However, there is no strict limitation and, if the description of your results requires more space, you can submit manuscripts of which length exceeds 8 pages

1) Please click the link below https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icm2015
2) Create an account for yourself.
3) Choose the track that suits your paper the most
4) Your Paper must be prepared using the Microsoft Word or LaTeX template. You can download these templates from the links in the upper right hand corner of the Submission System.
5) Also please do not forget to add the paper number of your earlier accepted abstract. To avoid that the Proceedings become exceedingly big,  the normal length limit of manuscripts is 8 pages. However, there is no strict limitation and, if the description of your results requires more space, you can submit manuscripts of which length exceeds 8 pages
