All meeting romos are equipped for PowerPoint projection only.
Speakers and presenting authors are kindly requested to deliver their presentations (PowerPoint or video files .avi, .mpg, .mov, etc.)  to the technicians located in the speakers preview room (Room 4 – Level 0) preferably the day before their presentation or at least one hour before the scheduled session.
The technicians will migrate the presentation to the corresponding session’s room.

 

Special Lecture Presentations
For Special Lectures presentation, the time allotted is 15 minutes (12 minutes speech plus 3 minutes for discussion).

 

Oral Presentations
For Oral presentation, the time allotted is 10 minutes (8 minutes speech plus 2 minutes for discussion).
In the confirmation letter of your sesión is displayed the date and time of your scheduled presentation. We highly recommend you to rehearse your presentation, as the time will be rigorously controlled to allow all the speakers to present their abstract on time.

 

Video Presentations
For Video presentation, the time allotted is 15 minutes (12 minutes speech plus 3 minutes for discussion).
We highly recommendo you to prepare a powerpoint for your presentation, including the selected video. The máximum lenght of the video and presentation shall be 12 minutes.
Go in advanced to the speakers room to verify that your video plays correctly.
In the confirmation letter of your sesión is displayed the date and time of your scheduled presentation. Rehearse your presentation, as the time will be rigorously controlled to allow all the speakers to present their abstract on time.

 

Poster Presentations
Posters will be presented in paper. Their máximum size shall be 120 cm (high) x 90 cm (wide).
The material to fix the posters to the panles will be available in the poster area.
Poster boards can be identified by a reference number which corresponds to the final number indicated to you in the session acceptance letter
