Pre-congress meetings and Specialty Update Symposium will be organised on Sunday 24 Sept. during the morning.
Don't forget to bring your Electronic ticket with you!
You will receive an electronic ticket including a barcode by email. You can print your voucher or bring it with your smartphone. Please go to the Scan & Go Counters with your electronic ticket to self-print your badge. If your badge is lost, the administration cost for a new badge is €5,00.
ESOT 2017 is a paperless congress!
Do not forget to bring with you a device where you have downloaded the ESOT 2017 Congress App. We sent you an email with the instructions and your personal code for downloading. Check your Registration Confirmation letter to see your registration type (WOD -With Own Device). Please note iPads cannot be booked onsite. Our Staff is there to help with any query regarding the Congress App and the rental. You can find them at the Ecosystem Bar, located in the Exhibition Area. The Ecosystem Bar will be opened from Sunday morning onwards, a dedicated path will lead you there.
The ESOT 2017 Congress App includes an electronic feature allowing you to prepare your agenda in advance, selecting from all listed sessions and presentations.

Refreshment breaks and lunch
Coffee breaks and lunch are included in the registration fee. They will be served on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in the Exhibition area (level P0).

Join your colleagues and friends in this networking event to take place in the open air Terrace overlooking the sea and Banquet Hall of the venue, located on the second floor (Level P2) of the CCIB.
Rising Stars Networking Cocktail
Tuesday, 26 September (19.35 - 20.20h)
The YPT Committee invites you to join this Cocktail on Tuesday evening in the Rising Stars Lounge (Exhibition hall), ground floor (Level P0) at the congress venue.
ESOT Village and National Transplant Societies Square
Located in the P0 floor in the center of the Exhibit Area. Here you will learn more about ESOT activities and the benefits of becoming a Member. Most National Transplant Societies in Europe and some International will also display in this area.
Safety
The Organizers have taken all security measures, as suitable for this event, to ensure a safe environment at the venue. Your collaboration is asked, please follow these recommendations:
• Avoid, if possible, bringing suitcases or large bags into the congress venue.
• Wear your badge at all times while you are in the congress venue, but not outside of it.
• When you leave the congress for the last time, don’t throw your badge in a waste bin outside; discard it in a waste bin located inside the venue.
