CANCELLATIONS
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing by email to Barceló Congresos esc2017@barcelocongresos.com.
In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applied:
- In the event of cancellation before 24th May 2017, full payment will be refunded. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.
- In the event of cancellation between 25th May 2017 and 24th July 2017, one night will be kept as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.
- In the event of cancellation between 25th July 2017 and 9th August 2017, two nights will be kept as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.
- In the event of cancellation/ reductions in the number of nights from 10th August 2017 or no- shows, the entire booking period will be charged.
*please take note that any refund for the cancelations, will be made after the congress and with a handling charge of 2%.
Barcelona City Tax
The Barcelona City Tax should be paid directly at the hotel and applies as follows:
- 5 Star hotels €2.50 Euros per person per night
- 4 star hotels €1.21 Euros per person per night
- Other star ratings €0.72 Euros per person per night
City tax chargeable up to a maximum of 7 nights, children under 17 years old are exempt.
