| In the event of cancellation before August 24 2016, the deposit will be refunded. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. |

| In the event of cancellation between August 25 2016 and September 8 2016, one night of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. |
| In the event of cancellation between September 9 and September 19 2016, the deposit of two nights will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights. |
| In the event of cancellation/ reductions in the number of nights from September 20 2016 or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged. |
| All booking changes including cancellations must be made in writing to eacts2016@barcelocongresos.com, not with the hotels. |
