Terms and Conditions

The Barcelona City Tax should be paid directly at the hotel and applies as follows:
5 Star hotels €2.50 Euros per person per night
4 star hotels €1.21 Euros per person per night
Other star ratings €0.72 Euros per person per night

City tax chargeable up to a maximum of 7 nights, children under 17 years old are exempt.

 

Please note that different conditions apply for the HQ Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I and for the rest of the hotels.

Please also note that these terms and conditions apply for individual reservations only (up to 10 people). For group reservations, different conditions apply.

* In the event of cancellation before February 10th, no penalty will apply. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.

* In the event of cancellation between February 11th and March 10th, one night of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.

*  In the event of cancellation between March 11th and April 28th 2017, the deposit of two nights will be charged as a cancellation fee. There will be no penalty for the reduction in the number of nights.
*  From May 29th April 2017, all nights are guaranteed and any cancellation or reduction will be duly charged​

* From May 7th all nights are guaranteed and any cancellation or reduction will be duly charged
