Crowning an island of tall cliffs to the north and extensive beaches to the south, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is a city that offers sun, sea and an exceptional historic legacy. EAFP members benefit from a reduced registration fee. There are also reduced fees for non-EAFP students, therefore confirmation of student status will be required.
Registration and banquet fees are listed in the table below. Rates for the Conference are given in Euro and they include VAT.

Registration fee includes attendance to the scientific sessions, congress documentation, coffee breaks, lunches and Banquet.
* Accompanying person registration includes Get-together at the Conference centre on Sunday 6th September, access to poster area and coffee breaks during four days of conference.
** Banquet is only for accompanying person and one day registration fee. Banquet is included in participant's fees, except one day registration fee.

Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of € 50,00, provided that a written notice of non-attendance (by letter or e-mail) is received by the Conference Office before August 15th, 2015. If cancellation is made after this date, no refund of fee can be expected. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
A full range of audio-visual facilities will be available at the conference. Speakers must bring their presentations on a USB Memory Stick. It is recommended you bring at least 2 copies of your presentation to the meeting in two different formats, in case there are technical/software issues. Please remember to bring A4 printouts of your poster presentation(s).
