Accommodation Terms and Conditions for individual bookings

 

Please check that the above information is correct. Any changes or cancellations should be addressed to eapc2014@barcelocongresos.com in writing.

Registration

- Delegates cancelling before April 28th 2014 will receive a refund minus a 50€ administration fee.
- No refunds can be made for cancellations from April 29th, 2014.

Accommodation

- In the event of cancellation before March 24th, 2014 full payment will be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation between March 25th and May 1st one night will be charged as the penalty fee.
- In the event of cancellation / reductions in the number of nights from May 2nd or no-show, the entire booking period will be charged.
